Congress registration fees are categorised according to the official World Bank’s classification of the world’s economies with special consideration for countries in the Middle -, and Lower Income categories. Registration fees are published and charged in ZAR. Discounted rates are available for ISPO members. Rarly bird registration fees are available for all registrations received before or on 24 April 2017. Regular fees are applicable after 24 April 2017.
Full congress fees include access to the opening ceremony, keynote lectures, all programme sessions, the exhibition, the congress program and abstract publications, scheduled coffee breaks, and the welcome reception.
One-day registration includes the above but on the selected day only.
The student registration category is not available for post-doctorate students, research fellows, residents and lecturers. Students registering at the discounted student registration category will be requested to show a valid student ID or official notification from their institution at the registration desk. If such information cannot be presented, the applicable registration fees will be charged and are subject to payment.
! NEW Registration for the international trade show only is now possible. The cost is 850ZAR per day, giving access to the exhibition hall, scientific posters and exhibitor workshops. Passes for multiple days can be purchased.
The accompanying partner registration gives access to the opening ceremony, welcome reception, exhibition hall and closing ceremony.
